“How much do you charge for your services?“
Our pricing depends on a number of factors (volume, materials chosen, special shipping considerations, supply cost, etc.), so we do our best to keep a current price list you can view here. This list covers most basic orders, but prices are subject to change, and any special requests may cost extra.
“What is the minimum amount that I can order?“
Minimum quantities depend on the type of product chosen. See table available on our pricing page for the minimum of each product type.
“What are the shipping options, and what do they cost?”
Shipping starts at $5 unless you’re able to take advantage of a free shipping promotion that we will occasionally offer. In most cases, our packages ship via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail depending on size and weight. “How long is the turnaround time?”
Orders are usually completed and ready for shipment within 1-2 weeks, unless you have been notified otherwise. Tracking info will be provided to the buyer upon shipment.
“Can you help me create a design?“
Sure! We can help create simple logos and graphics, or we can refer you to a graphic designer that fits your needs. The cost will vary on a case-by-case basis, but if it’s something as simple as getting an existing design print-ready, we might be able to help at no extra charge.
“What if I’m not satisfied with my finished product?“
