By placing any order with us, you are agreeing to the below:

• I agree that I am the rightful owner of the submitted artwork or design and all its constituent parts, or possessing the necessary rights thereto through consent obtained from the copyright owner.

• I acknowledge that the image quality and resolution of the artwork furnished significantly influence the final product. As the purchaser, I assume responsibility for any quality deficiencies attributable to inadequate image quality.

• I acknowledge that any digital renderings furnished serve solely as references and may vary from the completed product in areas including, but not limited to, image positioning, color variances, image clarity, and garment/substrate details.

• I hereby accept accountability for any inaccuracies within the provided artwork, including, but not limited to, typographical errors, erroneous information, and design errors.

• Unless expressly specified otherwise, I acknowledge that Loud Wave Merch reserves the right to utilize photographic or digital representations of my submitted artwork and/or final product for marketing purposes, including, but not limited to, websites, social media platforms, printed material, and email campaigns.

• I understand that any grievances pertaining to the order must be reported to Loud Wave within 7 calendar days of receipt of the merchandise. Loud Wave will not be held responsible for any issues reported beyond this specified time frame.

• I acknowledge and accept that any projected turnaround timeframe provided is approximate and serves as an estimation only. Actual delivery times may vary, potentially arriving earlier or later than the initially projected timeframe.
