Shipping Policy
- Orders are usually completed and ready for shipment within 1-2 weeks, unless you have been notified otherwise. Tracking info will be provided to the buyer upon shipment.
- In most cases, our packages ship via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail depending on size and weight. In some cases, we may opt for a different, but comparable carrier. In other cases, we may choose to have a team member deliver the package, in which case, we will provide photographic proof-of-delivery. If you prefer a specific carrier or class, please let us know before payment, and we will work to accommodate.
- Packages usually arrive within 2-5 business days, but may take longer.
- If you would like to pick up locally in Garland, Texas, let us know ahead of ordering. This option is free, but must be arranged in advance.
